Situated on the Wabash Cannonball Trail's South Fork between Swanton, Monclova and Waterville, Whitehouse, OH features a vibrant downtown area, proximity to the Maumee River, Oak Openings, and the Maumee State Forest, as well as plenty of subdivisions and building sites. Affiliated Lumber is located just 8 miles west of Whitehouse on County Road 3, 1.3 miles south of Airport Highway (US Route 20A).
The village of Whitehouse has an estimated 4,149 people in the village incorporated limits, according to the 2010 census, and more than 14,000 in total. The downtown developed around Wabash Railroad and now features the aforementioned Wabash Cannonball Trail, a bike shop, and restaurants including Buzz Family Diner, Local Thyme, Village Pizza Factory, and The Whitehouse Inn - a NW Ohio institution for over 20 years.

Blue Creek Metropark
The Quarry Loop Trail path leads through a wetland and around a quarry pond. Fishing, kayaking, sledding are all welcome on the site, as are picnics and other gatherings. The park features Nature's Nursery, Anthony Wayne Youth Foundation, and Native Seed Nursery.
Wabash Cannonball Trail South Fork
Described as "Northwest Ohio's premier rails-to-trails project" by Metroparks Toledo, this branch stretches from Maumee, OH to Liberty Center, OH and intersects downtown Whitehouse, OH. It's an easy ride through Monclova to The Fallen Timbers Battlefield and Fort, and The Shops at Fallen Timbers.
The Whitehouse Inn
Located at the south end of Waterville's main Providence Street in a hard-to-miss cabin, this NW Ohio dining institution is known for their prime rib and their White House inspired decor. A recently expanded patio provides an excellent atmosphere to enjoy lunch or dinner, and they also serve takeout and cater events.
